Hi,
I have my new phone and want to activate my SIM. However, I already have a SKy account as my son has a phone but my new phone isn't part of this for some reason. I spoke to a SKY assistant on the phone and he said I need to set up a new ID which I have and it will still not activate.
Any ideas ?!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf this sim wasn't ordered on the same account that your other sim is on then you will need to setup a new account for it which you can do via this link:
