SIm activation

Hi,

I have my new phone and want to activate my SIM. However, I already have a SKy account as my son has a phone but my new phone isn't part of this for some reason. I spoke to a SKY assistant on the phone and he said I need to set up a new ID which I have and it will still not activate.

Any ideas ?!

If this sim wasn't ordered on the same account that your other sim is on then you will need to setup a new account for it which you can do via this link:
