Hello I've had problems since January with new iPhone 15 on my Sky account. All seemed ok at first until I went abroad and phone didn't work. My seetings were idenbtical to my wife's phone on same Sky account. Returned home and spoke to Sky who went through some settings and left me to try agian on next overseas trip. same happened again, phone couldn't make or receive mobile calls or texts. On return, spoke to Sky who sent me a replacement SIM. Today I've tried to activate new SIM. Went trhough and accepted on my online account and awaited text to complete. No text! Now my phone can't make/receive calls in UK! Putting back old SIM doesn't mow work, which was ok this morning! I've had long call with Sky; went through various resets, off/on etc amnd still no activation complete. They've left me now with a useless phone! Said they'd call back (landline, I presume) ina few days! I think it's a faulty handset. Any thjoughts, please?

Yes I did. The phone was working right up until this morning when I replaced the SIM as provided by Sky, supposedly to resolve the lack of overseas service!
