Apparently your complaints team have tried to contact me and, because they couldn't, they assume they can close my complaint!

 

They can't contact me because none of my sims are working and they fail to grasp the notes explaining to use WhatsApp instead.

How long is the wait to be contacted by the community messaging team? It's been 24 hours

I think it was on the same day for me although all they ended up doing in the end was echoing what the Help Desk had told me. In other words I was back to square one.

I have been waiting for three days for a response from the community team and nothing!

9 days without any mobile network connection on 7 sims and nothing!

Not once has Sky contacted me.

Still no contact from anyone...no one is in the slightest bit interested in resolving this serious matter- time to contact the consumer page on The guardian I think

Miraculously all 7 sims came back on at 5pm today...no explanation, apology or contact at all.

Still waiting for any response from sky. I think I shall vote with my feet shortly.

Great to hear that they are all working again. Exactly the same thing happened with me, all of a sudden the SIM started receiving a signal. Out of nowhere, they also gave me full monthly credits for the 4 SIMS on the contract - I found that out by looking at the bill at the end of the month!  Sky Mobile are really poor at communicating with their customers!
