SIM is broken and have no way to contact SKY

Hello,

 

My SIM has broken, I cant get a new one or get an eSim because I need my phone number which wont work unless I have SIM, i cant get a replacement SIM because for some reason you need to call up sky to change addressses which is ridiculious. But I cant do that because I dont have a working SIM to make a call. How the hell can i get in contact with sky to get an new SIM or activate an eSIM which doesnt involve actually having a working SIM already, I need this fixed urgently as I need my phone for work and SKY's Mobile help system is currently useless for me.

To get you some help with getting your address changed  I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Thankyou very much for the reply, I really need this fixing now though, I cant use my phone at all for work and it has very important apps for work I cant use, cant they just send me an eSIM via email to activate?
