SIM CHANGES FROM 3GB TO 25GB

I am SKY customer for 6 yrs, just tried to change the sim from 3GB to 25GB, i got my Sim and tried to activate it.  Got my PAC number as per instrucitons.  THen put the Sim in my phone, got new number.

When i got email it says Sim Activated.  Keep your old number click so it click to change the new number to old number but its just coming up -  try again so many times.

Now please advise as soon as possible what should i do.

my new number came up for 25gb.

Can this be dealt with urgently as my husband has dementia and need hospital anytime and all my records are on old  number.  please sort this out as soon as possible.

many thanks in advance

@SaraswatiIf you are trying to change one Sky number to another Sky sim then you can't do that via the PAC system, you would have to use the PAC code to transfer to another networks PAYG sim and then transfer teh number back to Sky.

You have go about this the wrong way as it appears that when ordering the 25GB plan you ordered and activated a new sim so it will have a new number so to regain access to your original number you will need to use the old sim, the one that had the 3GB plan on it.
