S24 ultra pen fell off.

I don't know where my pen for the S24 ultra fell off. I am still paying the extortionate contract, and my repayments keep going up. I am in the second year of a long 3 years contract.

Can Sky at least replace this pen for free (though not free) please?

This is a customer helps customer forum and you aren’t talking to Sky Customer Services on here.

What do you mean by 'fell off'?

No need to be so rude. We're fellow customers trying to help you.

If you mean you lost it then, no, then Sky won't replace it for free.

@BabaKuda That is rather rude, especially given the pen is stored internally so can only "fall out" and not "fall off"(unless you mean you left it on the screen and it fell off when you moved/picked up the phone) .

Sky will not replace it and they have no obligation to do so.

If you have a swap36 contract then it's actually 4 years.

However, as you've had the SIM for more than 12 months you can cancel that - that's the only part that will increase in price.
