S21 Fe 5g not all outgoing messages received

Hi hope someone can help with my query. I got a new phone a month ago and certain friends do not receive my texts. Others do. Also when a friend accidentally sent an IM to me (I'm Android not iPhone so option usually doesn't appear as it won't work) it goes to another woman!! Shes also just got a new phone. What is going on lol infuriating cos I use this phone for business.
