I have continually attempted to roll data to my 5 sims for over 2 weeks. Every time I attempt it the qty is taken away from the piggy bank but never reaches the sims. . I have called sky twice to no avail , was told should be resolved in 24hrs then 2nd time i was told 7 days!! I have my daughter away in america without data and I'm down 30 in my piggy bank , what can I do , ( I have asked sky to roll it across but they couldn't do that either)
