Roll back is not showing on my mobile

My mobile account has a mthly 'diary' date for data 15th mthly. On the 26th of April I had to roll back 1Gb for my 2GB pm account. Nothing sinister in that. I then had to roll back another 1 GB on 29th April and 2 GB this morning. My activity pattern has not changed and over the past couple of years I've saved quite alot of Gb's, and often do not use all my data allowance. This mornings roll back of 2GB only showed on my active account as less than 1GB. My wifes similar account is unaffected. My preference is to speak with someone but thats like seeking rocking horse p**. Any thought out there Sky users, would be very gratefully received. Cheers

150 is the free number to use to call Sky on and when you do say nothing when asked any questions by the bot and remain on the line as doing so should get you through to talk to someone.
