Roll back data

Hi. I'm not able to roll back data. I roll it back. Comes out of my piggy bank but not onto my phone

If that continues call Sky (dial 150 free) and an agent can move data for you and investigate why you can't.

that was yesterday. Said I would get a reply within 24 hours. Nothing happened

Perhaps give them a few days and if you still can't roll data then chase them up with that reference number.
