Hi I'm in turkey not been sent a text for roaming does it automatically apply

Hi @Emma+orourke if you send a text, make a call or use a small amount of data it kicks in, so if you didn't turn data/roaming off before leaving the Uk then as soon as you landed your phone will have connected to the local network.
