I have done everything to keep my roaming active while I am in Spain but it is still not working. Can you reactivate please.

You may not be aware but this is a customer to customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on here.
Roaming is not something that Sky switch on or off. There have been reported problems in Spain and it's islands since last year. There has been no announcement of a fix yet. You could try this advice from Sky
