We arrived in lanzarote yesterday and have followed all the help I structures to receive and manually enter the roaming settings and still have no mobile connection.
We have not received a welcome text and so are a bit stranded without the ability to make calls.

Hi, we had the same issue however we managed to resolve it as the phone had chosen Morocco for time and date settings hence couldn't pick up Lanzarote phone companies. To fix the issue manually choose the correct time zone. Hope this helps future issues 😊

Ho I'm in lanzerote to. 2nd day in and I'm a wizz with tech but yeh my phone is as good as a brick to me at the minute. Only have wifi from the hotel. I'm using samsung galaxy s22 ultra but the mother in law is using an old phone like an a 20 and she had the welcome message from sky.
