Hi, I used roaming for a week in Spain, made no calls or texts but tried to use data. My bill shows I have used a tiny amount each day, but whenever I used my phone I had no internet connection and piggybacked off my wife's phone with EE all week. I have been charged for data usage every day but at no point was it successful! Can I get the charges back?

@Nicog676 If your phone has used data(even a small amount) then the charges have been correctly applied, unfortunately I don't see Sky offering to reimburse the costs.

Hi, thanks for this, but the data was 'used' unsuccessfully as there was no connection to the internet?

@Nicog676 Your phone or one of the app's on it has successfully used some data, otherwise the charges would not have been activated.
