Hi sorry looks to been asked before but can't see anything since Sept 23.
In USA and my roaming passport plus is not happening, getting a daily msg from SKY saying can't activate but no reason why or how to fix.
Can anyone advise further?

Also do you have a spend cap set and if so is it set to low ?
