Roaming passport plus monthly spend limit increased but still can’t send WhatsApp messages or surf
Got message to say my roaming passport plus can't be activated as id gone over my monthly data roaming spend cap. I've significantly increased it and checked I have enough data but I still can't send messages or browse the internet. I'm travelling today so urgently need to resolve this.
