My roaming passport is not working. I got the welcome message but after an hour it stopped working. Sky, please help because I have not been able to access Google maps/ call Aky team

Although you do not have to, have you got a spend cap set and if you do is it high enough to cover your stay ?

Yes I do have a spend cap, it is £5. I am staying only one more day so I don't know if I would need to add more. Do you think it is because of that?

You could try increasing it to see if it helps.
