Roaming not working in Spain

I couldn't have used that either, couldn't get my phone to work even in the apartment on their Wi-Fi, could use my iPad but not to call sky on, and all I could get was robot chats - useless, god knows how  your suppose to get in touch !

@caesarome just tried what you said again and it's worked. Had to go back and forth between automatica, abroad and home but it finally updated and both my wife's and daughter phones are back on the network here.
