Roaming charges and international calls I’ve not made

I have charges on my sky mobile bill for roaming charges in countries I have never been to in my life, I haven't even been out the country this year. 

I also have charges to an international number for a call I have not made, and it is not even in my call log

anyone else had this?

What about last year, could these charges relate to somewhere you went then ?

Unfortunately not. The calls / data are to Zimbabwe and Quatar, never been there in my life or anywhere near it

All you can do is to raise this with Sky by calling them tomorrow on 150, just stay silent when asked anything by the bot.

i raised the data charges yesterday on live chat as I got a text saying I had reached my spending cap, was obviously confused as hadn't been abroad. And they said there would be no charges. 

checked today and there's charges for the data and then a call that was apparently made after the live chat session ended and when I was asleep! 

hopefully they can change it back to my actual bill as over £50 solely for charges I've not made is not good
