@dianawilson  Is this a working sim from Sky?  Has it been activated?

Is the phone you are using unlocked to allow sims from other networks to be used?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Re: Richards

It's not unlocked but Vodafone won't do it because I bought the phone second hand, and told me to get in touch with sky mobile see what they could do.

@dianawilson

I've removed the duplicate thread you've just started. Have you contacted Sky Customer Services as suggested by Vodafone?

Re: Richards

Can I do this through messages because I'm not able to make any calls?

Hi @dianawilson  sky won't be able to unlock it for you, if Vodafone won't do it then your only option is one of the online or high street unlocking services. Be sure to check reviews if using online ones. I would try a local high street one if you have one.
