Hi I have no packaging to return my mobile as part of swop

@story241 You can use the packaging your new phone came in, there should be a returns label provided.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

The return label is apparently quite small but should be on the packaging your phone came in, it will have either a barcode or QR code on it which when scanned in by the receiver will identify the device was returned by you. It might be worth getting proof of posting when sending the device off.
