I received my new device but did not receive the returns packaging for my old phone

It always used to be reusing the packaging the new device was delivered in and the return label was inside but reportedly difficult to see.

I thought this to but they definatley stated there would be a returns back inside the packaging of the new device.

Give Sky a call and query it then. Perhaps the process has been changed.
