Returning a new phone

Hi 

I've just received my new phone but have now changed my mind and want to rerun it. How do I start the return and get the return label

You will need to call Sky to get this started.

 

If you have a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk landline phone then you can call Sky for free via the 150 number. Or under "Need more help ?" at the bottom this page is the number to call, it might take a few seconds to appear, if you are in Ireland make sure the flag in the bottom right is changed to the ROI so you see an 0818 number:

Just ignore the messages at the start of the call and remain on the line for as long as you can and don't hang up when asked to do so.

Is there any option to do it online? The account is in my husbands name and he's away and unable to call

You could try Twitter or Facebook Messenger but if you get nowhere with these then you will need to call.

 

The return label should be in the packaging the phone came in and when you return it make sure you get and keep proof of posting.

As the account is in your husband's name you may find that although you can talk to Sky if you can get past the security questions and answers, you cannot cancel the phone. Be aware that you'll need to be within the cooling off period.

If you later order an alternative device don’t forget your other half will undergo further credit checks.

I have the return label for the swap in the new phone box but I have changed my mind and don't want the new phone or swap. Can I use the swap label?
