Returning a new phone - should I use special delivery?

I've received a returns envelope to send back my new phone and am worried that just getting proof of postage won't cover the cost of the phone if it's lost. Should I be paying for special delivery or some other Royal Mail service?

It's an interesting point - standard RM insurance is only £20.  (Special is from £750)

Whilst the chances of it 'disappearing' are low it can still happen.

If you are worried then it may be worth considering an insured service.

Hi @Serpico19  i would use whatever sky have sent you. Take photos before sending and make sure the parcel is weighed etc and keep the proof of posting.
