Returning Flip 5 for repair.

I have called sky twice now to return the phone for repair but still waiting for the package to send it back. This has been going for about 4 weeks now. Does anyone else have issues returning devices for repair. The warranty expires shortly also.

You could try a formal complaint @Tails1234 to see if that gets things moving ?
