I have just returned a recent accessory purchase, I have used Sky returns label which was sent to me and I am using the tracking receipt, I`m not sure it has reached its final destinantion or not. Below is what I have on the tracking so far.
Your item has reached Norwich MC and will now be sent to your local delivery office.
What is the final destination? and do Sky get in touch to let me know once item has been recieved?.
I am unable to check returns on my sky account since I requested returns label. just comes up with error cannot be reached try again.

@caesarome Thank you for your reply. I was thinking the same, so a little concerned Sky has not contacted me to say the accessory item has been recieved,. Would this then just automatically be removed from mysky account so it does not affect any unecessary payments to my account.
I`m trying to learn the process of returning goods so if any of the same occurs in the future I can be more patient and stress free and wait patiently.
