Returned Device but no evidence of it

I've recently done a SkySwap for my mobile and returned the old phone few days ago, but not heard any news of they've received it and still on my account!! And will be charged! Help!!

This is normal as it can take the company that handles the returns like your device up to 3 weeks to process it and during that time you will continue to pay for it but once it has been received into their system the billing should stop and any overpayment might see a credit added to your account for the amount you are owed.
