Hi, I ordered 2 phones nearly a month ago, one of them was going to the wrong address so I called for it to be cancelled, but both of them got delivered to me 3 weeks ago, I've been waiting for the 1st one to get cancelled as I rang again and that's what I was told would happen, or for a return box to arrive for me to return it and nothing has happened, I don't want to be charged for both phones as the 1st one hasn't been taken out of the box at all.
