Return my old phone and waiting to hear how much I will get for it

I returned my old phone after getting a new one on contract. I still haven't heard from you to tell me how much I will receive for my old phone?

Hi @Nikki104  it normally takes 2-3 weeks for returns to be processed.

It should be inspected within 2-3 weeks of it being received by the company that processes the returns like this on behalf of Sky.
