Return label for swap not scanning at post office

The return label to send back my old phone is damaged. And will not scan! The box seemed unsecured so my partner added some tape. The tape has reacted with the ink and it's faded and now can't be scanned. I have no way of sending the device back and everytime I call to discuss this the automated device can't get me where I need to go, say it's doesn't recognise numbers and hangs up on me. I NEED HELP ASAP

Hi @Ellie2000  you will need to call sky on 150 to get a new one.
