Return a new device

Hi I have received my new phone today but changed my mind as device is not suitable

@Cejay The first thing you need to do is ring Sky.

You'll need to call Sky to arrange the return https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-mobile-phone-or-tablet-refund#get-in-touch

 

Click on the Need More help, Contact Us and click the Blue  Call Us button.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Just had a two phones how doe I return them back to sky changed my mind ,and where post office?

Providing you are still within the cooling off period you’ll need to ring Sky who will lead you through the returns process. Dial 150 for free from a Sky mobile or Sky landline. This link provides some information that will help https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-mobile-phone-or-tablet-refund
If you later order an alternative device don’t forget you will undergo further credit checks.
