Restricted mobile service

Hi...recently I took over my late husband's mobile account as well as the SKY TV package (which I have no problems with). I have now received a letter from Sky mobile saying the service has been restricted because I have not paid the outstanding balance..I have tried to get into the mobile account to pay this and set up a direct debit but it keeps going to the TV payment bill and there is nothing on the mobile account stating what the amount is for etc...would appreciate it if someone could explain this for me and put me in the right direction to sort it out once and for all. Thanks

Have you tried calling Sky, the number to call them on is just 150 as it is a free number.
