Restricted Mobile

looking to swap/upgrade but it says restricted when I look at account everything up to date how to I get sky to fix this?@l @Sky

You can either call Sky and ask them to place the upgrade order for you or for the restricted message only we can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you via here tomorrow morning if you would like ?
