Restart an expired swap on a phone

The swap period on my son's phone has expired (due to the Christamas period). It says I can start a new swap but it's not clear how to do this on the website.

 

He has received the new phone, he just wants to swap his old phone as part of the deal. Any ideas?

If you can't do this again via the Sky website then all you can do is to call Sky on 150 to help with this.
