Replacement sim

I received a replacement sim and put in activation code it then said I would receive a text message. I never received message. I can use the phone but when I go into sim card status it says disconnected and the IMS registration status says not registered 😒. I have restarted my phone and even tried putting code in again but it just says there is an error. Can anyone help? TIA

What does it show on your account where you had to enter the code as it might still be processing so that the text message hasn't been sent to you just yet.

Hi it said I would receive text message other things may take few hours.  When I tried again it says error can't activate sim

You don't need to try again but it should that status of the activation, so it might say activated or activating so does it show either of these ?

Then using another phone all you can do is to call Sky so they can check into this for you.
