How is it helpful to have this, I seriously just want to speak to a human on a chat instead of robots and forums! I have autism and this is so stressful as a way of contact!
i got my phone a few months ago, I lost the sim that came with the phone that had a very basic plan. I'm trying to find out how to now get a new sim, with that data on it, that I can activate? My plan is £10 a month and I'm not paying extra for more data just to get a new sim.. I just want a replacement sim for the plan I am paying for! What do I do?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Robyn You can order a replacement sim (same number same data package) through your mobile account. https://www.sky.com/productsettings/mobile/
Click on manage sim there is an option to replace or activate sim. click that link and there is then an option to order a replacement sim.

Hi,
thank you for trying to help, but no sims even show up on my account despite paying monthly.. I have followed every link and gone in circles.. there's no 'replacement' or 'activate' option anywhere either.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Robyn Did you ever activate the original sim before losing it? If not then the sim will have dropped off your account and you will need to order a new sim but you won't get the previous deal (if it came with one) so will need to opt for the data plan that suits.
https://www.sky.com/shop/mobile/plans There is a plan for £10 a month which is double data 20GB
