Any accidental damage would be chargeable.

Oh, I believe they provide a quote before commencing.  I would assume it's added to your bill if accepted.

All they said was to send the phone back then they would assess the damage and any additional charges would go on the monthly bill , god knows if that means there is a charge originally or not

@LBryant93 There won't be any charge made until the damage has been assessed, a smashed screen can lead to other internal damage.
