Online system for booking a mobile device repair isn't working. Phoned Sky twice to book it in and nothing has come from it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated as I'm paying for a completely unusable device.

Apparently was booked then cancelled so was booked again but doesn't look like it's gone through again as I've not received the return pack

Been over a week since the second time I tried. Online system throws me out too. Will be phoning them again tomorrow

Booking was attempted twice but both times it was cancelled because they didn't receive the device, because I never received the return pack. All sorted now I hope, all booked in and been credited for the months I've been trying to sort the repair.
