Removing age restrictions I get to broadband shield then it says "something went wrong"
Trying to remove age resting from a 13year old and put im over 18 years old but I keep getting" something went wrong"..would appreciate any help

Are you a Sky Broadband customer or Sky Mobile as you have posted in the mobile forum but have mentioned the broadband shield ?
