Removing a phone and tablet from my devices as I no longer hve them

Good Afternoon,

 

Can the old devices be removed as I no longer have or use them, the Tab s4 and s10+

Only devices that are returned to Sky can be removed and this can take up to 150 days to be processed. These devices will not count as an active device so will not prevent you from ordering more.

You can't. They drop off your account if returned to Sky. Once paid off it takes a few months for them to clear so that they don't interfere with adding an additional device. If it's stopping you adding a new device now call Sky so an agent can place the order for you.
