Remove phone from “Your devices”

My old phones still show under "Your devices" in My Sky.

how do I remove them once I have finished paying for them and I no longer own the phone?

They will only drop off your account if they've been returned to Sky. Once you've paid them off it takes a few months for them to clear so that they don't interfere with you adding an additional device. If you find it's preventing you adding a new device you will need to call Sky who can place your order for you. Just dial 150 free from your Sky mobile.

According to Sky customer services they have to stay on your account for legal reasons. I have devices that are over 5 years old that I do not even possess anymore and they will NOT remove them. They could at least implement a way to hide them so as I don't have to scroll through multiple obsolete devices just to manage one that I do own. I even have a phone case listed that they won't remove. It is just poor shoddy design.

Such a shame this can't be done easily . I've had my phone stolen so I'd like to remove all links to me.
