Released data from piggy bank that hasn’t been added

Hi, I have added 17GB of data from my Piggybank to my data allowance that has been deducted from my piggybank but not added to my allowance, I'm currently in Greece so cannot call and the messaging selection isn't available. Could someone advice or help me. Thanks

17GB is a large amount.  There is now a 25GB limit when roaming - how much have you used already in this billing period?

I kept adding it as it wasn't been added on to my allowance, the 2GB I had left on my allowance didn't increase but the piggybank amount decreased, so I'm not sure how the cap would be relevent as surely it wouldn't let me take from the piggybank and deduct it

I'm not sure if it is ongoing but there was a fault with piggybank data appearing on devices yesterday evening as there was this topic about it:
