Rejected for a contract phone bad credit

Hi, I tried getting a contract phone and it said successful then around 20 mins later I got email saying we couldn't go ahead with your purchase, I do have not the best of credit and just wanted to know what's the best way to be able to get a phone contract from sky? Any help would be appreciated! Thankyou

@Callam1  the only way would to be to purchase the phone in full without credit but I'm not sure if that's something sky offer

i can only afford a contract phone at the moment unfortunately 🤦‍♂️

If Sky will not provide credit then there's nothing you can do.

You might find other providers won't offer credit either.
