Refusing my request for credit refund.

Mistakenly made a manual payment to mobile instead of tv account - ended up £38 in credit.Called on Saturday and requested this be refunded.No issues,while on the call and was told it had been done.Recieved a text today saying £13 refunded.Called up to query this and was told that £25 was being held over for next month's payment and basically,it couldn't be refunded.Surely this is my money and if I ask for it back,there should be no issue?

To see if they can help you with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
