Hope u are doing well. Actually I've applied for mobile on 27-Dec-2023. Unfortunately my order was being cancelled and it debited upfront from me. I didn't received my upfront yet! I send alot of emails to sky customer support about my refund. I didn't received any agreement number or any policy number. Please reply me as soon as possible. Thanks for your precious time.

You’re not talking to Sky Customer Services on here as this is a customer based forum where customers try to help other customers.
If your order failed due to you failing the credit checks any upfront payment is usually reimbursed within 14 days so if this hasn't happened you'll need to contact Sky.
You can call Sky free by dialling 150 from a Sky Talk landline or a Sky Mobile, otherwise you can use:

UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0818 number.
