Discussion topic: Refund on cancelled order

I ordered an iphone from sky on the 31st July, only to have it cancelled. They charged £30 from my debit card, and it's been 2 weeks since and I've not got it back.

I've tried to call Customer Service but couldn't get through.

Anyone know how long it normally takes for a refund?

Hi @Bill1211 it can take quite a few weeks unless you phone up and get them to process it for you.
