Refund of upfront payment and piggybank

2 complaints sent, about a refund of cancelled iPhone order. No reply to either ( just acknowledged they are received). Still no refund of money or piggy bank. Anyone know who you call to complain? Preferably not the call centre who are pretty useless.  Anyone out there Sky? Apparently I'm a VIP but a rapidly running out of patience one...

You aren’t communicating with Sky by posting on here. This is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers.


Any upfront payment you’ve made should be refunded after about 14 days but recent posts suggest it’s taking a bit longer in which case you’ll need to contact Sky to chase it up.

 

Presumably you want some data returned to your Piggybank that you used for your failed purchase? This should be resolved with the payment complaint.

 

Sky have 8 weeks to resolve complaints. There's no point in making another.
