Refund and compensation help please πŸ™

Hi.. Can anybody please help with advice for recieving a refund on 5 months of sky taking money for my mobile account when they have failed miserably to provide the serviced promised when i signed up with them.

 

I belive I am also entiled to daily pro rata comemsarion for each day without any service after I have repeatedly spent a serious amount of hours online with them just requesting something as simple as a replacement sim card after it suddenly out the blue stopped working..

 

Its caused me so much distress after blatantly being lied to each time.. passed from pillar to post.. Kept me online for hours whrn I'd explained I was really poorly,  just out of hoslital and just wanted it sorted once and for all with it making my ilness WAY worse (As they have me down as a vunerable  customer) 

 

they assured me it would be dealt with properly this time  rather than dealing with me wamting to just cancel  my contract as I was at the end of my tether snd though it would be really difficult for me to change phome numbers with the bank, online services but mainly doctors, Hospitals etc..

My treatment has now really been stalled with nobody able to contact me all these months.

So sorry realized ive started waffling asking just a simple question πŸ€·β€β™€οΈπŸ˜’

 

Just feel SO upset and frustrated,  annoyed with myself for allowing myself to get this worked up.. Sitting here sobbing instead...Too bloody weak to even get angry anymore as I just dont even jave to energy to spend ANOTHER 4 HOURS 45 MINS  (the last time) being told a pack of LIES then being pasted to different departments.

 

Woukdnt mind but Ive been a sky tv customer for over 18 years and now a platum member .. Left  EE mobile to go this Sky snd they even ripping me off now with the tv ect side charging me over 149 a month for packages I havent asked for and even THAT  too exausted to sort so think.im kust gonna cancel everyrhing  x

 

 

Im SO sorry and very aware nobody is reading this and probably gave up after chapter 35 of my "Question" . πŸ€·β€β™€οΈπŸ˜¬πŸ€£πŸ€¦β€β™€οΈ

 

God... Appologies AGAIN.. LOL.. 

Think i maybe must have needed to get it all off my chest but really didnt mean to bore/depress the lovely folk on here being a mard **bleep** waffling and accidentally writing the sequal to  "War and peace 2".. (This time its even longer) πŸ˜¬πŸ€·β€β™€οΈπŸ€£πŸ™ˆ xx

..

Can't even bloody remeber now what my origional question was ive gotten myself so worked up  xx

 

The chat thingies saying its closed all day but thought it was open till late on a Sunday also?

 

I really struggle on the phone as im sure most people might say to just call them lol xx

I'm not aware of any such entitlement : the industry compensation scheme is for broadband and landline voice service, not cellular.

Thankyou for your reply.. although im sorry if my long winded message came across as "entitlement" or if I was attempting to chase compensation πŸ€·β€β™€οΈπŸ˜³πŸ˜ž 

 

That certainly isn't my focus at all right now..

 

I was just going off many hours trying to get a simple replacement simcard and looking for online help and this was just one of the many answers AI thrown out there..

 

To be honest all I care about is just being able to keep my phone number but I definately think I should be refunded at the very least for the months theyve happily taken money from my account for a service they just havent provided .. The sky customer service team have repeated lied to me after hours spent being online getting more and more anxious and upset when something as simple as them sending me a new sim card after theirs suddenly stopped working 

 

Ive told them many times how urgent recieving this was and detrimental to my health but now possibly been put to the back of the que for a surgery ive waited SO long for as they havent been able to get through to me nor me them.. 

 

Sorry.. Im just trying to explain and really anxious as im about to again speak with these people and dreading it.. I just didnt want anybody thinking i have any sense of "entitlement" x
