Re: Recovery of text messages

@Nikkiw85 They could but you may need a Court Order for them to do so. Are you an Android or iPhone user? There are options for you to recover deleted messages on either OS.

Simply Google how to recover deleted sms messages and you'll find how to do this plus the names of some recovery toolkit software that may help you if the phone software can't.

Re: Recovery of text messages

Hi many thanks for your reply! I have tried but nothing seems to really help.

I am quite desperate.

I have an iPhone ans lots of messages in the cloud but I don't seem to be able to retrieve them and  concerned to download something that has all access to my data 😔

@Nikkiw85

Can you not recover them from here:

https://www.icloud.com/#settings

This is what Apple says about this:

@Nikkiw85 Understood but if the Apple guide @caesarome linked you to doesn't help then maybe one of the methods here may help:

Essentially no, without being compelled to do so by a court or a state security agency, and even then the carrier only has 'envelope' information, not the contents of messages.

Traditionally Apple is even less helpful in such matters.
