When calling my home landline from my mobile and my wife's mobile I receive this message ' Sorry this number does not exist. Please try again'. This is quite potty. What is happening?

We are having exactly the same problem. I have spokne to SKY who say there is nothing wrong with our sim cards - must be the landline.
I had the landline checked and it is fine ... and other family members can ring it from mobiles on other networks.

Exactly the same problem. My friends can call my home landline from their non-Sky network. Sky need to take a grip of this rather than side-step the problem.

Absolutely agree.
If it hasn't resolved by the morning, I will get onto their tech team... just don't have the energy to go through all the menus, hang on for half an hour and listen to 'music' that violates my eardrums tonight!!
I never had these problems when I was with EE mobile ...

I spent some time with technical support at Sky and after scrambling through a load of settings with them, which didn't work, they assessed the problem is with the SIM card. I still think that is strange. Anyway they are sending a replacement SIM to myself and my wife who also had the same problem. Not convinced this will solve the problem but let's hope it will and that might help others with this same very strange problem.

Likewise, I spent nearly three hours sorting this out yesterday morning. I went through similar things to you, but I knew it wasn't the SIM or handsets because both my husband and I have different phones and it happened to us both!!
The lady I was talking to at Sky was doing her very best... she did escalate my problem and posted it on various different international 'chats'.
On the second time I spoke to her, she said that some other staff members had reported similar issues occurring from other customers (so now some dots were getting joined up!).
An hour or so after my last talk with Sky, I recieved a text message telling me that my fault had be rectified ... and lo and behold it had, and so had my husband's!!
So the fault was with them all along....

I'm trying to call my mum on her landline using my sky mobile but keep getting the message that the number doesn't exist, when I know that it does and I can reach my mum if I use my landline, any help much appreciated.
